Lost / Missing Packages

Elvinoir is not responsible if an incorrect address is provided during the checkout process. Please ensure that both your billing and shipping address are correct before completing your order.
If a mistake is made by us, we take full responsibility for the original order at no additional cost.

Delivery Time

Delivery time is typically 7–14 days.
While we do our best to deliver on time, external factors such as supplier obligations may occasionally cause delays. Rest assured that we will act immediately in such cases and keep you updated on the status of your order.

 

Tracking Information

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. In some cases, tracking may not be available due to free shipping.

My Tracking Says “No Information Available at the Moment”

For some couriers, it can take 1–3 business days for tracking information to update in their system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no tracking information available, please contact us.

Will My Items Be Shipped in One Package?

For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have selected combined shipping.
