Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused or unopened, with all tags intact, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning items to our warehouse.
Our warehouse is located in Asia, which means return shipping costs may be higher than domestic rates.

We unfortunately cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@elvinoir.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

It is possible to cancel an order within 6 hours of placing it. After this time, we unfortunately cannot guarantee cancellation, as the order may already be in the process of being packed and shipped. We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery for our customers.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund and for it to appear in your account.
