How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please note that in some cases tracking information may not be available due to free shipping.

Delivery time is typically 7–14 days.
While we do our best to deliver on time, external factors such as supplier delays may occasionally cause longer shipping times. Rest assured that we will act immediately in such cases and keep you updated on the status of your order.
2. Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
We operate with a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new product.
When will I receive my refund after returning an item?
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method.
Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund and for it to appear in your account.
